Arto Watercolour Pads

Arto Watercolour Pads are available in A4 and A3 sized paper that is either made with 100% Cellulose or 100% Cotton paper. We also have cotton paper in block format. Arto Watercolour Pads are made with Arto Professional Watercolour Paper. Manufactured from high quality 100% cotton fibres this off-white, 300gsm, professional quality paper is acid free, non-aging and pH neutral. The surface of this paper has undergone a proprietary gelatin sizing process that delivers extraordinarily brilliant colours. Ideal for all classic watercolour techniques such as wet-on-wet, blending, dry brushing etc. Arto Watercolour Pads are made with a truly exceptional watercolour paper. Best suited for experienced watercolourists as its unique surface treatment makes corrections more demanding than with regular watercolour papers.

Student Pads are made with acid free, starch sized, colourfast and premium quality, European watercolour paper. This watercolour paper is also manufactured using the purest 100% cellulose fibre, giving it exceptional properties that include high resistance to ageing, colour fastness and pH neutrality. It also has a medium fine texture and a high wet strength, providing the user with nice flow and accurate colour reproduction.
