Once the pigment has been fully dissolved and the colour has dried, it becomes permanent, allowing you to add further layers without moving the previously dried colour.
The pencils feature a firm yet smooth 4 mm core within an 8 mm round barrel, giving you good control for both fine details and broader applications.
