PanPastel 3 Pan Sets contain 3 x Colors (9ml / 0.30 fl oz) and Sofft Tools. PanPastels are ultra soft artist's painting pastels. Compared to Soft Pastel Sticks - PanPastel and soft pastel sticks create very different marks. Compared to sticks PanPastel Colors are semi-transparent, mixable and low dust. They are also a quicker and cleaner way to achieve more uniform coverage for large blocks of color. Pans contain 40% more than average pastel sticks, & yield at least 4-5 times more coverage.
